The TBM is a non-woven nylon fibre fabric uniformly impregnated with aluminium oxide or silicone carbide abrasive grains through the binding agent action of synthetic resins.
The TBM components have been accurately studied to obtain a range of products to solve all problems of different surface treatments.
The TBM gives a constant cutting power, long wear, possibility of automation, and saves time, therefore producing higher profits.
Thanks to its three-dimensional structure, TBM is used for micro burring, sanding, wood profile finishing, satin finishing of steel or metal (aluminium, brass, etc.) cleaning copper and printed circuits, sanding wood and MDF panels, jobs on marble and hard stones, ceramic, leather, etc.

ALUMINIUM OXIDE

The aluminium oxide is made of hard wear resistant crystals with particle conchoid fractures and sharp corners. The aluminium oxide has less cutting capacity than silicone carbide, but it is more resistant. This material is excellent when high working speeds are required due to its open fibre structure. Aluminium oxide is mainly used for sanding wood and finishing metal.
