TBM DISCS

The TBM discs are available in the wide range of non-woven nylon fibre fabrics, in aluminium oxide or silicone carbide, in various grains and dimensions.
Usually these discs are assembled together to make a wheel.
They are suitable for manual jobs or electrical manual tools for satin finishing or masking.
They are used on all type of materials like metals, woods, plastics, and ceramics.
TBM discs can be used dry, with water, with detergents or with solvents, and they do not rust.

APPLICATIONS

METAL

They are suitable for satin finishing of metal surfaces, including shaped metal pieces.
They are also used for satin finishing of aluminium profiles and elements.

CLEAN STRIP DISCS

The CLEAN STRIP discs are produced with high resistant nylon fibres that are incorporated with the abrasive granules of coarse silicone carbide grain.
They are used individually or coupled on pneumatic or electrical manual tools.

APPLICATIONS

They are suitable for removal of rustcalaminecoatings and coverings (paint, varnish, insulating paint, plasticising, etc.)
CLEAN STRIP discs are also used in the cleaning of injectors and extenders of plastic materials, moulds, and cement mixers, and in deoxydation and the cleaning of welds.
