CONTACT FLAP WHEELS

The contact flap wheels are produced with polyurethane flaps alternated with special treated cotton cloth flaps to allow a good elasticity and high-temperature resistance.
They are mainly used for fine finishing jobs.
Thanks to their construction, they can be easily shaped in order to work uniformly on every shape or profile being processed. They do not leave signs or marks, allowing further polishing and finishing operations.
They are manufactured with different densities and diameters according to the type of machine that is used.

DENSITIES

They are manufactured in three different densities:

DENSITY 5

For finishing works. They are normally used with very flexible abrasive belts on brass pieces such as water taps and handles.

CONTACT FLAP WHEELS

DENSITY 8

Same applications as density 5 but on pieces where the wheels do not need to be accurately adapted to the shape of the processed pieces.

DENSITY 10

For roughing operations and rough finishing usually made with rigid abrasive belts.
